Food Server - Institution jobs in Kansas
Food Server - Institution is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to diners in an institutional setting. Ensures correct and prompt delivery of food. Being a Food Server - Institution may also be responsible for dish cleaning and sorting, garbage collecting as well as food preparation and light cooking. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Food Server - Institution typically reports to a supervisor. The Food Server - Institution possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Great job for mom needing that extra money Must be 18 to serve liquor. Great for college students/ No experience necessary. We will train the right candidates.
Responsibilities:

*Take and serve food and beverage orders *Side work *Clean and stock tables and other items in the restaurant *Serve as a go between the customer and kitchen to provide the best experience *Complete checklists for open and close *Smile and be happy *Come ready and willing to work each day
Qualifications:

*Must be able to use Point of Sale *Handle cash & credit card transactions *Identify menu items and describe to customers accurately *Restaurant industry experience is preferred. *High School diploma or better is preferred.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $30.00/hour.
