Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including bar and dining room service

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff

- Create and update menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years (5 preferred) of experience in food and beverage management or a related field

- ServSafe Manager Certified

- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixology and drink recipes

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations

- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a team

- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices

- Familiarity with the food industry regulations and safety standards

- Experience in banquet operations is a plus

- Cash handling experience is required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $50,527.00 - $54,599.00 per year
