The primary functions of the District Food & Beverage Director are to drive revenue, manage costs, and provide a great experience to the guests of the Titan Sports & Performance Center (TSPC) and other properties managed by Eastern Sports Management in the Tulsa area. This individual directly manages all food & beverage employees according to current labor conditions and needs. The District Food & Beverage Director reports to the TSPC General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hire, train and evaluate staff
• Drive growth of food and beverage department NOI
• Budget and monitor weekly food and labor costs
• Monitor quality control
• Monitor sales
• Generate daily and monthly financial and inventory reports
• Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as necessary
• Process payments and inventory through POS System
• Research new food and beverage products for best guest service as well as cost control
• Create new menu options and marketing ideas
• Manage supply invoices
• Meet with food vendors and make decisions on products
• Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers
• Inspect equipment and food deliveries
• Evaluate health and safety practices
• Respond to customer complaints and suggestions
• Organize and manage special events catering
• Coordinate with other managers for F&B overlap
• Lead F&B team in coordination to financial goals
• Be detail oriented and organized for efficient communication F&B operation
• Plan, execute and evaluate a fast-paced environment
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by General Manager

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations related the operation of the F&B department.
• Ability create and interpret charts and graphs representing F&B department data.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to de-escalate highly emotional situations and resolve interpersonal conflicts between employees, guests, or both.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage POS Systems.
• Knowledge of integrated HRIS, UKG Ready knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Food Service Manager Certification is required.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old
• Must be able to work irregular shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
