Summary (Essential Functions): In the busy world of fine dining restaurants, there is the front of house: the servers and bartenders, and the back of house: the cooks and chefs. In between these two groups is the expeditor. Food expeditors communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer as beautifully as possible. This position also ensures the kitchen area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary area. The expeditor must be safety conscious, knowledgeable, and in compliance with all laws and Club policies concerning the safety of others. This position requires a friendly, highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
Sign-on Bonus: After 6 months of service, employees receive sign-on bonuses as follows:
35 hrs/wk - $1000
21 - 35 hrs/wk - $500
1 - 20 hrs/wk - $250

Qualifications: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, supplies, etc. in excess of 50 pounds. The position requires flexible availability and effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
