Food & Beverage Cashier processes customers' bills. Handles cash and credit transactions. Being a Food & Beverage Cashier maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or retail sales is beneficial
- Ability to sell products and upsell to customers
- Proficiency in retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse customers
