- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, catering, and room service
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, service, and customer relations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, coffee preparation, and POS systems
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of catering operations is preferred
