Position Summary
Aulick (A CITCO Water Company) is looking for a bright individual with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude to join our growing company. This position includes batch manufacturing, operating production equipment, and chemical blending. The Assistant Manufacturing Operator will assist the Operation Team with any and all tasks on an as-needed basis.

Located in Nicholasville, KY, Aulick Chemical Solutions is an industry leader in the manufacturing of chemicals for the water and wastewater treatment industries, as well as industrial cleaners and degreasers. Applicant must possess a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, be a problem solver and a team-oriented individual.

Essential Functions:

• Assist Aulick management on assembly and implementation of new or existing control equipment.
• Quality Assurance.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Documented inventory management of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, and Aulick SOP's and regulations without exception.
• Positive interaction with Aulick and CITCO Water employees.
• Clear & concise communication with management, production team, sales representatives, & office personnel.
• Efficient & productive time management.
• Understand & ensure that production schedule is met and all associates complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate forklift as required to complete all necessary job functions.
• Audit all safety and quality checks necessary to ensure the highest level of work safety and quality of goods.

• Experience in Manufacturing
• Maintenance/Cleaning
• Quality Assurance
• Forklift experience
• Shipping/receiving
• Comfortable with basic math and using batch sheets
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
