How We Help You Succeed:

At All American Mobile Detailing, we want to make your transition into a Mobile Detail Technician as smooth as possible including:

• delivering specialized training on the wide range of services we provide
• manage all the marketing and booking to ensure you start earning money quickly

Compensation:

As a Mobile Detailer for AAMD you can expect the following as part of your compensation:

• $20 hourly rate (including drive time between jobs)
• Tips (anywhere from ~$300-$500/wk)
• Higher hourly rate for upsells
• Gas card (your gas costs for jobs are entirely on the company)
• $300 monthly bonus after 90 days

You will SUCCEED in this position if you have the following:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• The ability to work independently and with little oversight
• Experience and confidence using a smartphone
• Great time-management skills
• A willingness to learn new skills
• A flexible schedule for accepting last-minute opportunities

Requirements

Our ideal candidate must have the following:

• Access to, own, or provide basic detailing equipment
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach in various positions
• The ability to interpret and follow instructions/check-lists
• An active and valid state-issued driver’s license
• A reliable vehicle to travel to/from each assignment

Disqualifiers:

• Must not have criminal history of violence or theft
• Use of narcotics that prohibit vehicle operation
• Any dishonesty, fraud, or forgery

Schedule:

Our Mobile Detail Technicians have a wide variety of schedules available:

• 5 days a week, usually (M-F); (Tu-Sa); (Su-Th)
• 8-10 hours daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
