Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in All star cheer and gymnastics. As a Coach, you will be responsible for working with students, providing instruction, and promoting physical fitness and personal development.

Responsibilities:

- Choreograph routines

- Teach students basic tumbling skills
- Develop lesson plans and training programs to enhance students' skills
- Provide guidance on behavior management and discipline
- Educate students on the principles physical education
- Supervise activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Assist students in developing confidence, respect, and self-discipline
- Organize and oversee competitions or demonstrations

Qualifications:

- Cheer experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate individuals of various ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of childcare practices and safety guidelines
- Physical ability to demonstrate techniques, climb, and swim if required

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
