Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating stunning floral designs.

Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions

Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous retail sales experience
- Knowledge of cash register operations
- Basic knowledge of lawn care and gardening
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Floral design: 1 year (Preferred)
