Being a Floral Designer is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. `The Blais Flowers Team is looking for a skilled dynamic floral designer to join our TEAM!
Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our TEAM mission.
Applicants must have 2 years experience in the floral industry.

As a Team member, one of your responsibilities is to welcome every customer that walks through our door... design fresh flower floral arrangements; using recipes from FSN, design choice, or customer requests. Being open to new methods & thinking outside the "vase" is a must! YOUR ideas & experience will be valued.
We PRIDE ourselves in providing extraordinary customer service that leaves every customer feeling valued while having a positive experience in our store. Light phones & computer POS will be necessary on occassion.
Applicants will be asked to complete a "Design Audition." He/she will be asked to design 6 roses in a vase, something from our website (FSN), a design of your choice, a prom wristlet, and a bow on a pic.
YOUR JOB may also include (but not limited to) working with customers, processing flowers, organizing coolers, must not be afraid to ask questions(or suggest ideas), being self-motivated AND multi-tasking is a MUST!
