    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wholesale Customer Service Representative. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our retail customers, assisting them with their orders, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries, including product selection, pricing, and availability. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and guidance to help customers find the perfect flowers for their needs.

    Order Processing: Take orders from retail customers in person, over the phone, or via email. Accurately input orders into the system, ensuring that all details are recorded correctly, including flower varieties, quantities, delivery preferences, and any special instructions.
    Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of flowers and floral supplies in the retail showroom. Restock shelves and displays as needed to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing environment for customers. Notify management of any inventory shortages or discrepancies.
    Product Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized cooler and retail space, including arranging flowers and displays to showcase our products effectively. Ensure that flowers are fresh and properly cared for, with maintenance as needed.

    Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, understanding their preferences and needs to provide personalized service. Follow up with customers to confirm order details, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.

    Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities and sales initiatives. Assist with merchandising efforts, such as setting up displays, creating signage, and promoting seasonal offerings to drive sales. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as processing payments, maintaining customer records, and preparing sales reports. Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    ● Previous experience in retail customer service, preferably in the floral industry

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

    ● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    ● Knowledge of floral varieties and design concepts is a plus
