Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Floral Designer is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity. **Duties:** - Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events - Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their needs and preferences - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies - Design and set up displays to showcase floral products - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Keep work area clean and organized **Requirements:** - Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred - Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Retail math skills for pricing and transactions - Sales experience to promote products and increase sales - Organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace efficiently - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online orders - Experience with cash handling procedures Join our team as a Floral Designer and showcase your creativity while bringing joy to our customers through stunning floral creations.

Pay: $12.10 - $12.74 per hour
