We would prefer to hire someone with sales and estimating experience but training can be provided for the right person.

This position requires the ability to self-supervise and work independently. Final salary will be based on experience. Saturday hours are by appointment only at your discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Have vision and take action for growth in the area by networking with local contractors and realtors.
• Meet with showroom visitors to gain understanding of their projects, ideas and budget
• Assist with design ideas, including cabinet selections and layout
• Schedule appointments with customers for in home consultations and/or measurements
• Prepare estimates for Flooring, Cabinets and Countertops per customer selections
• Prepare both paper and digital job file documents per company standards.
• Order inventory.
• Oversee in-process jobs.
• Provide first-class customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Invoice completed jobs.
• Oversee store maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and stay up to date on what's happening in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
