Join our amazing Front End team!
Floor Managers (FMs) are the on-shift leads of the Front End Department. After being fully trained in Co-op systems and policies, FMs work to ensure smooth function of Front End throughout their shift by observing and reinforcing department procedures, supervising and supporting cashiers, and handling tricky customer issues as they arise.
FMs also maintain a general awareness of who is in the store and assist with call outs and cash handling. Solid cashiering and de-escalation experience are highly desirable.
strong communication and computer skills are a must; and a love of food, community, and in the moment problem solving is invaluable! This position will be a mix of FM shifts and cashier shifts.
Training and continual development provided.
Starting wage range is $17.67-$18.02 / hour, experience considered
