Financial Management:- Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and financial targets while maintaining profitability and cost control.
- Monitor inventory levels, control waste, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the fine dining or upscale restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette, with direct experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a track record of creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation.
