This is a great opportunity within a fast pace commercial and residential granite shop. We are willing to train the right candidate as well. Drafting experience, countertop experience, cabinet experience, or kitchen/bath experience is very desirable. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work hand in Hand w/ Scheduling for fab and install schedule
• Create Fab cut sheets
• Create CNC Alpha Cam programs
• Oversee w/ Fab Shop & Maintenance
• Inspect materials prior to fabrication/cutting
• Quality Control
• Maintain Accountability of Fab Shop Personal
• Run/Maintain CNC
• Prepare package for Installation
• Supervise and Coordinate fabricators for Inventory – Counts/Organize
• Physical Rems – Size/QTY/location
• Fab Materials
• Install Materials
• Tools – Fab/Install
• Verify Measures w/ Measure Person & Estimating
• Maintain detailed and organized files within work space and on S Drive
• Notify Sales of changes on the job
• Assist on Installations or Fabrications as needed.
• Maintain Notes on Calendar and RFMS
• Back up to Measure, Bridge Saw and Scheduling Personal

Required Relative Experience:

• AutoCAD experience
• CNC Alpha Cam experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivate
• Willing to learn in a fast paced production/fabrication environment
• Product Knowledge of Granite/Stone Materials or relative construction back ground preferred.
• Relative Industry experience or training is a plus (Experience in tile, stone, glass, flooring, woodworking)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
