As an Events Associate with Floor Coverings International, you play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our local franchise. A successful Events Associate will enable us to meet more homeowners and business managers one on one on their upcoming flooring projects.

Events Associate Responsibilities:

Local Event Execution (often on weekends)

• Engagement with potential flooring customers
• Demonstrate why they'd want to choose Floor Coverings International for their next flooring project
• Answer general flooring questions and how the FCI process works
• Encourage interested customers to sign up for a complimentary appointment with one of our Design Associates
• On-site coordination with event staff
• Event setup and breakdown

Events Associate Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, particularly in person.
• Extroverted; finds it easy to strike up a conversation with a passerby and engage in conversation.
• Great listener - truly values what another person is saying and builds upon that in conversation.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• General excitement to help people and showcase a premium flooring experience.
