Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $140,400.00 - $210,600.00
Purpose:
This position is responsible for developing and building strategies that will maximize sales and profit across the Northeast Region within the Eastern Division. This position will report to the Division Vice President of Stores and will work closely with the Regional Merchandising Vice President to set the space and local product mix strategy for all product categories throughout the region. Responsibilities include category management, sales, margin, talent development and inventory management.

50-70% travel required including air and car travel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
