    This is a full-time, in-office position with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.Noneof our positions are commission based or involve any cold calling.
    Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 based on prior experience, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
    Requirements:
    We are looking for people with:
    • At least 1-2 years of insurance experience required or a Risk Management and Insurance degree from a four-year accredited university
      • 3-5 years of insurance experience preferred
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    Each Associate Broker provides vital team functions:
    • Review submissions information required to issue new or renewal quotes
    • Rate and prepare of new or renewal quotes
    • Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
    • Monitor various reports for consistency
    • Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
    • Data entry into multiple internet based systems
