Floor Broker jobs in North Dakota
Floor Broker receives buy and sell orders from clients or company executives and completes these orders on the securities trading floor. Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are seeking a hard-working and reliable construction/carpentry worker to join our team.
You will participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor. Although experience isn't essential, you will have to be physically fit and a fast learner. To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors and indoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks at times.Responsibilities:
- Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Removing debris, garbage, and waste materials from sites.
- Assist in multiple types of construction and carpentry projects.
The projects and tasks include but is not limited to bathrooms, decks, doors, windows, trim, sheds, fencing, flooring, demolition and handyman repairs.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Valley City, ND: Relocate before starting work (Required)
