As a Marketing Coordinator for the Enclave Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, supporting one of the top real estate teams in the country, and driving marketing initiatives to attract clients and promote listings. This role requires strong writing skills, expertise in social media strategy and analytics, event planning proficiency, and the ability to make decisions and create innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and nurturing relationships with past clients to foster brand loyalty and elevate the Enclave Team’s presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media strategies tailored to The Enclave Team's objectives. Identify target demographics, craft engaging content, and outline tactics to increase brand visibility, agent attraction, and engagement across platforms.
- Content Creation and Management: Generate high-quality written and visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and print materials. Craft compelling messaging to showcase the Enclave Team's brand, services, listings, and industry expertise.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to assess campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing events, seminars, and client appreciation initiatives to strengthen relationships with past clients and attract new prospects. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional activities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Campaign Development and Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote The Enclave Team's listings and services. Develop creative assets, messaging frameworks, and promotional tactics to drive leads and conversions.
- Newsletter Creation and Distribution: Write and design a monthly newsletter to engage past clients, provide valuable insights, and promote new listings or services. Analyze newsletter performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Provide guidance and direction to agents in marketing their own business as an agent on the team. Collaborate closely with The Enclave Team's leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and demonstrated ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience in event planning and execution, including venue selection, budget management, and promotional activities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
