Injection Mold Operator

Perfection Floor Tile is a family-owned, full-service injection molding company located in Grandview, MO. We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic parts for industrial and medical applications. We are looking for a team player to join our team and help us grow.

Job Description:

• Operate injection molding equipment to create finished parts from plastic molding or plastic die sets.
• Inspect finished parts for quality control and safety issues.
• Load raw materials into injection molding machines.
• Prepare dies for injection molding.
• Fill raw material into injection molding machines.
• Load and unload finished parts onto conveyor belts.
• Move finished parts off the machine floor using a forklift or other means necessary to prevent damage to the machine or product.
• Clean finished parts off the machine floor using a forklift or other means necessary to prevent damage to the machine or product.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English. Ability to interpret simple mathematical calculations and make informed decisions based on those calculations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision when required. Ability to work in a team environment as well as assist others within the department when needed, with the ability to communicate effectively with others both within the company and outside of it, always striving for cooperation and collaboration.

Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
