Our transportation office in CA is looking for a Logistics Sales Consultant, Broker, to join our team. Our ideal office candidate is a professional, organized, positive attitude, do whatever it takes person. Will be mainly focusing on phone calls to potential clients. Must have knowledge in Trucking, Dispatch or in Transportation in general, or willing to learn the trucking industry.
MON-FRI, weekends off! BILINGUAL IS A PLUS (spanish)

Requirements:

*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
*Meeting and greeting clients via phone
*Multiple phone calls to potential customers
*Arranging appointments with customers
*Taking emails and correct phone numbers from clients
*Make appointments with Logistics Managers for our Brokerage Agent
*Must be Personable but persistent
*Training to our specific scripts and procedures to be provided
*MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEARN OUR SYSTEM AND UNDERSTAND HOW WE OPERATE
*BILINGUAL IS A PLUS!!!

Responsibilities:

*Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to drive results.

*Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment.

*Responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

*The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills.

*Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking,(cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, in-person presentation, ect.)

Duties would include answering phone calls, seek new clients, filing, scheduling, confirming, doing follow up calls, dispatching, billing and collection. More details will be given in the interview.
