We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Retail Floor Supervisor.

Position Overview

As a Retail Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store floor. You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of retail associates, maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance in the absence of Store Manager
• Assist with the training and development of new team members, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain the appearance and organization of the store floor, including merchandise displays, signage, and cleanliness.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to retail associates, ensuring efficient operation during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing support to cashiers as needed.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and scheduled cycle counting
• Collaborate with management to implement sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and special events.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plus.
