Floor Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Floor Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Floor Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. We assemble bikes, grills, patio sets ect. as requested by the management of each of our contracted WM Supercenter stores.
We are readily available to help each store site-manager with all their assembly needs, while maintaining the integrity of the Walmart name.
We train our assemblers with a skillful, yet time efficient process, so that we can quickly produce a quality-built product that can be readily available for retail displays as well as the consumers.We strive to successfully meet the demands and expectations of each store manager along with maintaining the safety and satisfaction for each consumer purchasing our assembled items.
We carefully pre-screen our employees before introducing them to our regional managers, who then proceed with thorough Q&A interviews and one-on-one training sessions, to ensure a highly qualified technician is at each scheduled store site.

(You will also find our Facebook, Page, Instagram, and LinkedIn tabs to click on at the bottom of our home page.)We are currently seeking qualified assemblers for our full-time positions in Shawnee, KS. and surrounding areas of Kansas and Missouri state line.The position is paid by Piece Rate Pay, in which each assembler gets paid for each item they build.The pay rate for each item varies depending on the skill level of the item.
You can earn an average of $18 starting pay and quickly earn $40 hr. With consistency, accuracy, and organization you can increase your speed, as well as the volume of products assembled per day, therefore, increase your daily earned income.
Our regional manager will explain the Piece Rate process and pay rate in more detail upon the interview process.
*NOTE: This position does offer health insurance after 90 days of employment and working at least 30 hrs. a week thereafter.Qualifications and Skills:All-Star Assembly Tech's are required to:
1. Pass a clean background check and
2. Be a legal U.S citizen.
3 Have a valid driver's license.
4. Have your own reliable and insured vehicle.
5. Own a working personal smart cell phone.
6 .Have a personal email address.
7. Be able to lift 50 lbs.
8 .Be professional, honest, and respectful.
9. Speak, write, and understand English.
10. Have adequate mechanical & assembly skills
11. Have basic tools to start. (*see list below)

• 18-volt cordless impact drill
• Deep-well metric socket set
• 15mm bike pedal wrench
• Box knife
• Metric Box-wrench set
• Allen bit set
• Locking pliers Snips
• Standard and Phillips screwdrivers
• Small Air Compressor
• Bicycle Stand
• Foldable 6 ft. worktableNote: the area manager will discuss the required tools listed above in more detail during the interview process.Park Tools brand tools:• 3-way socket wrench
• 3-way allen tool
• Brake centering wrench
• Spoke Wrench - Red (for wheel truing)Note: these are specialty bike tools that will increase your building speed but are not required upon hire.
