​Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring excellent quality and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in production management and possess strong leadership and team management skills.

​Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and supervise the production floor, ensuring smooth operations and excellent productivity.
• Train, mentor and motivate production personnel to achieve productivity goals.
• Assist production personnel with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain production line flow to enhance overall appearance and performance.
• Oversee opening and closing of production floor procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement productivity strategies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for production personnel and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role as production floor supervisor
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Solid understanding of management principles and practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
