Floor Assembly Supervisor jobs in Cuyahoga Falls, OH

SoftLite is seeking motivated window manufacturing associates to fill a variety of assembly positions in Streetsboro, OH! We work on a 4 day 10 hour shift Schedule, see below:

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Thursday (Onsite)
• 1st Shift: 6:00am to 4:30pm ($17/hr)
• 2nd Shift: 5pm to 3:30am ($19/hr)
• Occasional Friday overtime – with advance notice

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire window or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Through the glass from day 1:
