Floor Assembly Supervisor jobs in Arizona
Floor Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Floor Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Floor Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Responsibilities
- Supervise all back office staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluations and holding staff accountable
- Participate in the hiring, selection and retention for back office staff
- Monitor patient flow by effectively reviewing sign in sheet and appointment book and making necessary adjustments to the schedule
- Responsible for ensuring sterilization of the office and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, Dental Board, and Corporate policies and procedures
- Conduct all weekly / monthly / quarterly inspections
- Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
- Maintain proper patient treatment records
- Lead, inspire, and motivate back staff
- Participate in monthly operational meetings
- Prioritize UPE (Ultimate Patient Experience)

Qualifications
- Experience supervising a team of 8-12 team members with the ability to demonstrate authority, delegate responsibility and hold a team accountable
- Working knowledge of dental equipment and terminology, OSHA and safety compliance
- Must have a current X-Ray License. (Or an agreement must be signed that the X- Ray license will be obtained within six (6) months of employment)
