Floor Assembler jobs in Springdale, AR
Floor Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Being an Floor Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Additionally, Floor Assembler keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Floor Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Assembler job details 6 : 00pm 4 : 30am / 5 : 30am, Mon Thurs, starting at $17 / hr.

Daily assigned tasks will include assembling fitters, this can include rolling of fiberglass, spot welding metal, rolling of metal, inserting fiberglass and filter mediums into metal containers, capping and gluing the filters caps, packaging filters, etc.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have 3-6 months of manufacturing experience.
