DAY-TO-DAY
This skilled labor position works a variable full-time schedule depending on the job. There is some travel and some weekend work.
In this flooring installation position, you are the backbone of our flooring installation business. Whether your job for the day is in a warehouse, an airport, or a food processing plant, you arrive at the appointed time ready to perform the quality work our company strives for.
To begin the flooring installation, you prep the concrete surface by grinding, vacuuming, and patching it. Once you're satisfied that the concrete is completely clear of dust and debris, you apply the epoxy coating that works best for the type of use it will undergo. You take pride in knowing that your skilled labor is lengthening the life of the concrete and providing a slip-free surface for the workers.
You also enjoy your time at our shop, interacting with your team members and pitching in wherever you're needed. You're often called on to load and unload trucks in order to ready the supplies for the next job. In flooring installation, each day is different, and that's one of the things you love about your job. You also enjoy using your strength to provide a useful service to our customers.
