Floor Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Being an Floor Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Additionally, Floor Assembler keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Floor Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Pallet Assemblers for a company based in Gulfport, MS. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for using hand tools to wash, repair, and move pallets around the work area.
Pay Rate
$10.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
6AM – 3PM; Monday-Friday
Pallet Assemblers Qualifications and Requirements- Must be able to lift and be in repetitive motion with 30-70 pounds of moving pallets.
- Ability to use hand tools such as nail guns, pry bars, hammers, and other essential tools.
- Good organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Lifting assessment is required; Forklift operations as directed.
