Floor Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Being an Floor Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Additionally, Floor Assembler keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Floor Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are seeking an experienced sales coach/trainer with prior success in retail sales. A successful Sales Manager must have the skills and talent to motivate a team of people in setting and achieving personal or team performance goals.
You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work any day (including weekends and holidays), and have the willingness and ability to do all required duties which include assist in the overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; monitor and manage financial paperwork; assist in employee staffing, training, development and performance evaluation; and more.
A four-year college degree and a minimum of two years of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
