The Financial Advocate (teller) will assist members (customers) by processing and authenticating member financial transactions, including but not limited to; deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, and cashier's checks. The successful candidate will provide members with a high level of service, privacy and confidentiality, and friendly, welcoming attitude.
Knowledge of fundamentals of the financial industry is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. The successful candidate must be well organized and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
This position is a float Financial Advocate position for our West Georgia Market. The Float FA will float between Donalsonville, Blakely, Lumpkin, Georgetown and Richland.
Salary range is dependent upon experience: less than one year of experience starts at $17.41 and 1 or more years of experience starts at $19.54 depending on knowledge/experience.
