Flight Training Coordinator researches and develops flight training programs for an organization. Develops methods and materials for training, including classroom, computer, and simulator sessions. Being a Flight Training Coordinator may coordinate training with external vendors. Must stay abreast of FAA regulations and determine relevancy to company employees. Additionally, Flight Training Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.   • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Schedule and manage training courses in NetSuite – schedule courses, reschedule and cancel as required.
    • Schedule and manage training participant enrollments and holds – respond to sales and client requests for scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation and email confirmation information.
    • Monitor enrollments of training courses, meeting minimum and maximum enrollment requirements.
    • Monitor client holds of training courses, following up with sales account manager for payment or rescheduling of participant.
    • Email sales weekly the jeopardy lists and cancellation of training courses.
    • Add training events and remove from the website as needed.
    • Schedule and manage training laptop resources and in-person training facilities.
    • Prepare shipments of training manuals, headsets and laptop resources to students and facilities.
    • Keep track of training manuals inventory and order manuals when needed.
    • Complete monthly training reconciliation/fulfillment of completed training orders.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A college or university education in business administration or 3 years of applicable work experience.
    • Logistics, event planning &/or administrative experience required.
    • Hands-on approach, “roll up your sleeves" type of person. Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, in person and via electronic media internally and with clients).
    • Strong MS Windows applications experience and technical competence – MS Office Suite, Outlook/Exchange, etc.
    • Must have a valid drivers’ license and a reliable means of transportation as some traveling is required to offices and shipping depots.
    • Personable and enjoys working with other people on a team.
    • Goal oriented, highly motivated, and energetic.
    • Work onsite in the Auburn, New Hampshire office.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite experience an asset.
    • Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience an asset
