Scheduling Coordinator
Summary
The scheduler will be the liaison between the customer and the manager and teams in the field. In this position you will be responsible to organize, arrange, cancel and change cleanings requested by the client via email or phone call by collecting information and routing it to the correct team.
Essential Functions
- Answer all phone calls, emails and website orders and communicate to the team at the desired location.
- Confirm all jobs with the teams and customers in a timely fashion.
- Enter jobs into the CRM (Hubspot) with pricing.
- Work closely with the location managers and supervisors.
- Monitor closeouts to ensure accuracy and that PO’s have been received.
- Handle cancellations, changes, and turndowns.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the customers.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Assist with other projects or needs of Immaculate Flight as needed.

Organizational Relationship
- Reports directly to Scheduling Manager
- Partners closely with all Operations and Regional Managers
Required Education / Experience
- High school diploma preferred
Schedule/Hours:
- Week 1 - Tuesday - Thursday - 3p - 12a & Friday - 7a - 6p
- Week 2 - Thursday - Friday 3p- 12a & either Saturday or Sunday 7a - 12a
