Survival Flight is currently accepting resumes for the Membership Coordinator position located in Batesville, Arkansas. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of membership, from serving as a point of contact for membership-related questions, as needed to organize membership events, working closely with the Director of Marketing to implement and meet memberships goals, supervising membership managers across the organization to drive membership growth throughout all phases of the membership lifecycle, and providing a vital, high-quality customer service program to all Survival Flight clientele. The Membership Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, tracking membership figures, and coordinating with the accounting department regarding the payment and processing of membership fees. The Membership Coordinator must be very organized with attention to detail, can work independently, and does not require direct supervision to complete the job responsibilities.
