Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments and schedules for our pest control technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience working with computers, customer service skills and scheduling skills.
Duties:
- Schedule customers appointments using our scheduling software (e.g., Pestroutes, Fieldroutes)
- Coordinate with customers to find suitable appointment times
- Manage the technicians schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Confirm appointments with customers via phone, text, or email
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth customer flow throughout the day
- Follow office policies and procedures to maintain a professional and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with pest control and procedures is a plus
- Willingness to learn software (e.g., Pestroutes, Fieldroutes)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
