Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Being a Flight Medic replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. Must be CPR certified. Additionally, Flight Medic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager. Flight Medic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Immaculate Flight is seeking an IT Specialist to join our growing corporate team and assist staff with
    troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and network related issues. This includes but is not limited
    to architecture, deployment, monitoring, life-cycle management, and end-user support for all technology
    implementations (computer hardware, software, peripherals and network/telecom equipment). This
    position will report to the Director of Finance.

    Responsibilities:
     Works as part of a team, troubleshooting Mac and Windows hardware, Chromebooks, Software,
    voice/data networking, and A/V problems for individual users.
     Performs ongoing hardware and software maintenance on network and user machines: life-cycle
    replacement, installs upgrades and patches, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting
    and resolves hardware and software incompatibility issues.
     Maintains an accurate inventory of devices (hardware, software and AV equipment) as directed.
     Provides technical assistance to users for company supported hardware, software and web
    applications.
     Maintains rigorous compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
     Research’s current trends in computer technologies.
     Interacts with all levels of users in the company.
     Provides timely support request and project status updates.
     Maintains accurate service records for all technology support requests.
     Responsible for developing and enforcing company IT standards and policies while incorporating
    industry best practices into support operations.
     Maintains a high level of technical skill and strives to expand on technical knowledge through self-
    education and company provided educational opportunities.
     Assists in maintaining a secure environment. Including but not limited to endpoint security
    firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems and secure configuration state
     Creates and regularly maintains clear and concise technical process and procedural
    documentation.
     Fulfill other necessary tasks as directed.
     Manage corporate wireless account
     Develop and maintain relationships with IT related vendors

    Required Skills and Abilities:
     4 years of hands-on experience in technology architecture, implementation and support roles.
     Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve desired results.
     Understanding of Network concepts (OSI model, switching, routing, DNS/DHCP, Firewalls).
     Proficiency with various types of hardware (Printers, Peripherals, Firewalls, Switches L2/L3,
    PC/Mac.
     Proficiency with various types of software (Office365, Quickbooks, G-Suite, Webex, Zoom etc.).
     Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, ChromeOS,
    Android, etc).
     Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational functionality and inefficiency
    issues.
     Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with internal staff to diagnose issues,
    perform repairs, and recommend best practices.
     Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
     Efficient, organized, and capable of working both as a team member and independently.
     Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) concepts

    Education and Experience:
     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
     Proven experience within an IT service desk environment.
     Certification/s focused on networking and security (e.g., Comptia A , Network , Security )
     Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.
     Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, Asset management,
    Configuration and Patch Management.
     Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    Physical Requirements:
     Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
     Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

    Benefits:
     The first of the month following 30 days of employment, all full-time employees will be eligible for
