Ignite Flight Academy is a fast-growing aviation flight school that specializes in career pilot training. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a vital role in attracting, enrolling, and supporting both domestic and international students through the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include recruitment and ensuring a seamless transition for admitted students into our aviation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Student Recruitment:
   • Follow-up with all incoming inquiries and build relationships with prospective students.
   • Conduct and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and school presentations to attract potential candidates.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, aviation organizations, and other relevant entities.
2. Admissions Process:
   • Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
   • Provide information about program offerings, admission requirements, and financing options.
   • Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other relevant documents.
   • Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for the program.
   • Actively foster the Mission, Conviction, and Core Values of Ignite Flight Academy.
3. Information Sessions:
   • Conduct in-person and virtual informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
   • Explain the curriculum, training facilities, and potential career opportunities.
4. Communication:
   • Communicate regularly with applicants to provide updates on their application status.
   • Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and their families.
5. Data Management:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students.
   • Utilize the academy's database and CRM systems to track admissions interactions and process.
   • Generate reports on admissions metrics and trends for management review.
6. Enrollment Support:
   • Assist admitted students with the enrollment process.
   • Coordinate orientation sessions to help new students acclimate to the flight academy.
7. Marketing:

• Help develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Manage social media to enhance Ignite Flight Academy's brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
• Provide insights and input on marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Working closely with flight operations/instructors to create congruency between admissions/marketing messaging and the programs offered.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the aviation industry and a passion for promoting aviation education.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field

Marketing and/or organizational communication experience

Experience with International travel and planning 

Pay: $45,000-$65,000
