Flight Inspector (Jet) inspects aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure safe flying and conformance to specifications and government regulations and procedures. Oversees part installation and inspects adjustments or modifications to existing parts. Being a Flight Inspector (Jet) performs preflight and post flight inspections identifying any breach of standards for safe flight. Requires a high school diploma, a flight inspector license. Additionally, Flight Inspector (Jet) typically reports to the Chief Flight Inspector. The Flight Inspector (Jet) independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Assist guest with filling out paperwork
- Manage schedule for jet ski fleet
- Assist tour guide with giving instructions
- Answering telephones
- Taking guest payments
- Assist with event management, including coordinating reservations for large parties or special events
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the gazebo
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with children is desirable
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Public speaking skills are beneficial
