Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor.     Job Summary

    This Sr. Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operations of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and some third-party apps for PIVOT Center. They will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support the business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, be a self-starter, highly independent, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

    The Pivot Sales Cloud implementation is heavily customized using native salesforce tools, especially Flows, dynamic field forms, and in some situations APEX . The core use is for CRM , invention disclosure management & assessment, patent docketing, contract life cycle management, government and licensee compliance, financial management, and equity management.

    Experience Cloud is used to engage with three external stakeholders – law firms, licensees and University of Utah faculty and staff – each having their own portal and configuration.

    Key third-party apps include Conga CLM , Docusign (for Signature) and OwnBackup.

    Responsibilities

    • Onboard, train and support users of the PIVOT Salesforce org
    • Maintain Salesforce org health by managing release updates and regularly conducting health checks
    • Train end users or provide documentation on Salesforce release updates
    • Conduct regular Salesforce system, IP login range, and software integration audits
    • Setup and maintain internal and external Experience Cloud users, roles, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, public groups, org-wide defaults, sharing rules and Experience Cloud sharing settings
    • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, email alerts, classic email templates, dashboards and reports
    • Rebuild/optimize old flows, workflow rules, process builders and replace with Flow
    • Monitor, vet, prioritize, and address internal service requests
    • Maintain successful Salesforce backups
    • Possess a basic understanding of Salesforce order of execution
    • Manage Sandbox environments and change deployment between Salesforce orgs
    • Create and maintain declarative lookup rollup summaries ( DLRS )
    • Collect business requirements and develop them into effective proposals and solutions
    • Test developed solutions and document test cases for developed solutions; ensure end-user satisfaction with solutions
    • Meet deadlines, communicate delays and clarify ambiguous requirements
    • Create, maintain, and enhance documentation on all solutions pertaining to role
    • Implement and maintain integrated applications including, Conga CLM , FormAssembly, DocuSign, OwnBackup, Box and APIs to the PIVOT website
    • Add and manage licenses to Salesforce, Conga CLM ; add users to DocuSign and the DocuSign Apps Launcher within Salesforce

    Minimum Qualifications

    Require a bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

    Preferences

    • Minimum of three years of Salesforce experience
    • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Familiarity with Data Loader
    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating those requirements into a successful solution
    • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools, including a deep understanding of custom objects, page layouts, Lightning record pages, workflows, approval processes, Process Builder, Flow builder and validation rules
    • Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permissions, record-level access, field-level access, roles, and hierarchies
    • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards
    • Familiarity with and a basic understanding of Apex, custom metadata and custom settings.
    • Experience administering Conga CLM including the creation of new templates with merge fields and the creation of Conga Solutions
    • Excellent relationship-building skills
