Job Summary
This Sr. Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operations of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and some third-party apps for PIVOT Center. They will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support the business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, be a self-starter, highly independent, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
The Pivot Sales Cloud implementation is heavily customized using native salesforce tools, especially Flows, dynamic field forms, and in some situations APEX . The core use is for CRM , invention disclosure management & assessment, patent docketing, contract life cycle management, government and licensee compliance, financial management, and equity management.
Experience Cloud is used to engage with three external stakeholders law firms, licensees and University of Utah faculty and staff each having their own portal and configuration.
Key third-party apps include Conga CLM , Docusign (for Signature) and OwnBackup.
The PIVOT Center serves as a catalyst for on campus discoveries and innovation.
