**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, and overall efficiency of our company's vehicles.

**Responsibilities:**

- Align fleet operations with company objectives and regulations

- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance

- Oversee fleet budgeting and cost control measures

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

- Manage fleet inventory, including spare parts and supplies

- Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies for fuel efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

- Supervise a team of technicians and mechanics

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field - 10 years plus

- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in vehicle maintenance

- Familiarity with forklifts, electrical systems, and industrial equipment

- Ability to weld and utilize hand tools effectively

-Prior expierience utilizing GPS tracking software (Samsara ) required.

- Previous experience working in a dealership or service technician role is advantageous

Pay: $80,418.00 - $88,482.00 per year
