Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our core systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.     Responsibilities

    As a Permanent Sr. Core Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Administering, maintaining, and optimizing our core systems, including but not limited to corelation and ARM Keystone.
    2. Ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our IT Network Infrastructure.
    3. Collaborating with other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
    4. Implementing system upgrades and enhancements, and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
    5. Developing and maintaining system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and inventory.
    6. Participating in the planning and execution of disaster recovery procedures.
    7. Providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
    8. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for the role of Permanent Sr. Core Systems Administrator, you must possess the following qualifications:

    1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
    3. Proven experience with corelation and ARM Keystone.
    4. Strong knowledge of IT Network Infrastructure.
    5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    7. The ability to work well in a team and to collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
    8. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
    9. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    10. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    11. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    12. Certifications in relevant areas such as network security, systems administration, or ITIL are highly desirable.
