Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Job Summary
The HFM Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems to support the accounting and finance functions of Papa John’s International operations. This leader is the technical owner of HFM, Essbase, EPMA, FDMEE, Financial Reports, and Workspace products as well as the integrations/feeds in and out of EPM. The HFM Administrator is also responsible for all aspects of the close process in support of accounting and finance including maintenance, security, data loads, balancing controls, and other duties as required. This leader will partner closely with accounting and finance to identify and implement solutions. This role will also be involved in the transition to Oracle Cloud EPM for Planning and FCC (financial close and consolidation) which is in progress.
