Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Education: Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. A MBA, MA cc, or CPA can be substituted for the specific degree. Experience: 4 years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting within a large organization. Experience must show progressively increasing levels of responsibility and accountability. |

Minimum Skills and Abilities | Candidate must have the ability to organize, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks. Having interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated knowledge of financial management, the ability to successfully work both independently and in a team environment, and proficiency in Excel are critical. Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with others in administrative offices across campus. Knowledgeable of financial accounting procedures and is comfortable preparing, examining, and analyzing transactions and financial statements as this position will have an accountant directly reporting to them. Experience must show progressively increasing levels of responsibility and accountability. Ability to multitask. Proficient in Excel. |
