Job Description:
We are seeking experienced automotive technicians to join our team. ASE certification is a plus but not required if you have extensive work history in the industry. As a critical role in our company's success, you will play a key part in building and maintaining our fleet service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform work that needs to be completed efficiently and without error, follow orders from supervisor and execute thorough inspections to ensure all recommendations are being found.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including diagnostics, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required with extensive industry work history.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
