Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.      Position Summary / Purpose

    The Project Manager provides leadership to the Mitigation team.  Candidate must be experienced leading teams, comfortable speaking with customers and contractors, setting schedules, able to follow all assigned work orders and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities and requirements (not all-inclusive):

     The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with water/fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver's license and follows established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment. 

    • Safety and customer service oriented
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
    • Able to continuously bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed (upwards of 50lbs.)
    • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
    • Willing to participate in on-call rotation and other after-hours and weekend work
    • Willing to participate in all training as needed/required
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Must be able to produce schedules.
    • Communication with Estimator, Business
    • Clean-cut, professional appearance.
    • Ability to wear various forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); goggles, tyvek suits, N95's/respirators, etc.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed
    • Shifts are mostly weekdays, though business needs may require overtime, evenings and weekends
    • Attend and pass Water Damage Certification classes (tuition paid by Dayspring)
    • Ability to work on ladders 20'- 30' high as well as in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces.
    • Ability to work independently or as a team, and carry out written and oral instructions
