Your Qualifications
Experience: As a Tax Expert, you should have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Credentials: You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Passion for Helping: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Responsibilities
Assist Customers: In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product/software inquiries.
Research and Communicate: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answers to customer questions using everyday language.
Virtual Interaction: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You will also document interactions to maintain accurate records.
