Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness or Dance Instructor to join our team. We are looking to have weekly YOGA, PILATES, DANCE, AERIAL YOGA, POLE FITNESS AND GROUP FITNESS CLASSES. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching your choice of activity to members of all ages and skill levels. This is an exciting opportunity to share your love for fitness or dance and inspire others.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct weekly or monthly classes

- Create engaging lesson plans that focus on technique and performance skills

- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help students understand and execute movements correctly

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and teamwork

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills

- Ensure the safety of students by implementing proper warm-up exercises, stretching techniques, and injury prevention measures

- Manage student behavior effectively using behavior management strategies

- Maintain a clean and organized studio after classes

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of fitness or dance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with members of all ages and skill levels

- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development

- Knowledge of classroom management techniques

- Passion for dance or fitness ducation and inspiring others through movement

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
